The General manager, as maximum responsible for the insurance of the quality and the environmental management, assumes the commitment and leadership for the introduction, maintenance and improvement of the Actoplán’s Management System. Engineering, Projects and Works. Besides, he becomes a participant of the increasing social worry by the protection and conservation of the environment. Thus, Actoplan declareits commitment of:

Fulfilling all the requirements established in the System of Management, althoug the legislation applicable to the company, general as as much environmental, and those that Actoplan. Engineering, Projects and Works subscribe of voluntary form.

For it there are established the following GENERAL AIMS of the organization:

• To achieve the full satisfaction of the needs of the client both explicit and implicit, by a personalized deal and an continues attention in collaboration process during the activities.
• To establish the necessary methods to anticipate,to reduce and to eliminate, providing that it is possible, the environmental impacts of yours activities.
• The continues improvement in the performance of the processes and the suitability of the services given by Actoplan.
• To promote the sustainable utilization of the resources that are used in Actoplan
• The generation of residues minimizing and in any case to promote its later reutilization, recycling preparing this way the pollution.
• To provide all the necessary resources to guarantee an ideal environment of work in the installations.
• To promote the communication and the cooperation between Actoplan’s personnel, fomenting the generation of suggestions and offers of improvement.
• To promote the cooperation with the suppliers and collaborators of Actoplan in order to establish beneficial agreements for both.
